14 Days Refund Policy

Please note that vintage products are pre-worn and therefore more susceptible to traces of wear and other minor imperfections. These characteristics are typical of vintage items and are part of their unique charm.

Upon reception of your package, if you are not completely satisfied with your Antic & Tonic vintage jewelry, you have 14 days to choose between an exchange or a refund. Contact us at hello@antictonic.com with your order number, and we will provide the return address. The jewelry should be securely packaged and sent via tracked mail or parcel, with the tracking number emailed to us promptly. Shipping costs and any customs duties (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. Upon receipt, we will inspect the jewelry, and according to applicable laws, you will receive either a legally valid voucher of equal value or a refund. This voucher has indefinite validity and can be used on our website or at our corner in Printemps Haussmann.

Every item undergoes thorough inspection before shipping, and we reserve the right to refuse returns of items that are scratched, damaged, or altered. Returns must be reported within 14 days of receipt (as evidenced by the postmark or carrier), and the jewelry should be sent within 7 days after reporting.

For items purchased at our corners, the same return policy applies. However, vintage piece exchanges must be made with available pieces from the corner.

For Collection and New Pieces:

One-Year Warranty for Collection and New Pieces

Antic & Tonic offers a one-year warranty on all collection and new pieces, covering any faults or defects not caused by the buyer. If your jewelry experiences issues within one year of purchase that are due to manufacturing defects or other faults not attributed to misuse, you are entitled to an exchange. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or any external factors unrelated to the inherent qualities of the jewelry.
