Yes, we do!
Our team does its best to ensure that your jewelry reaches you as quickly as possible. We have a processing time of 0 to 2 days for preparing and packaging your pieces, and then here are the usual delays:
• FRANCE: 1-5 days
• EUROPE: 2-5 days
• UK: 2-5 days
• REST OF THE WORLD: 2-7 days
These delays may vary depending on your country’s national postal services.
We use the French national postal service (La Poste), which has a good reputation. We choose either a tracked letter or tracked parcel, so that we can provide you with a tracking number and keep an eye on our little treasures! The shipment includes insurance that protects you in case of loss reported by the post, although this is extremely rare. We take great care to pack your precious favorites securely and with love.
In short: yes, we can.
But since we handle both vintage and new pieces, our return & exchange policy is quite extensive.

ABOUT
Antic & Tonic is an extravagant and colorful handmade semi-fine and vintage jewelry shop founded by Pacha. The company has corners in Printemps Haussmann and is often worn by internationally famous personalities.
You can discover the full story of Pacha and the brand right here.
I wanted a name with “rhythm” (qui roule sur la langue en Français), joyful and readable in every language.
Above all, I wanted meaning: “Antic” reminds us of our inner passion for ancient and vintage artifacts, “Tonic” is the pop side, decomplexed - and it was a way to keep the door open to something new: the collections.
My name is Pacha, and I am the founder and creator of Antic & Tonic.
I grew up between Paris and Venice, with an extravagant father who transmitted his passion for antique jewelry to me.
Not long ago, he told me that the first thing I asked for Christmas, when I could barely speak, was a jewelry box!
Besides jewelry, I love all kinds of dogs and all kinds of pasta.
Grappa is my beloved dog, a Brazilian terrier, and A&T’s official mascot. She grew up with the brand from its inception: countless pop-up stores, meetings, garage sales, etc.
If you meet me, chances are you'll meet her as well.
A true partner in crime ❤️
That was a trap 🙂
It's our little big secret!
ETHICS
Vintage jewelry consists of second-hand pieces, so except for the shipping, the impact on the environment is quite low.
Regarding our own collection, it is important to accept that any kind of craft and production has an impact on this Earth.
Nonetheless, we made specific choices regarding our impact and we are trying our best to uphold our values.
Here are five choices that we stand for:
- The first choice was to choose a manufacturer from the Responsible Jewellery Council, the world’s leading sustainability standard-setting organization for the jewelry and watch industry.
- The second choice was to use exclusively recycled silver, which is actually more expensive to obtain than regular silver in many parts of the world.
- The third choice was to be strict on the quality of the gold plating. The price of gold is more or less the same all over the world, which means that manufacturers don’t make a tremendous profit between 1 micron and 5 microns. Therefore, they are usually not keen on adding extra microns, but we always insist. It’s a durable choice, the pieces are more expensive and time-consuming to produce but they will last much longer.
- The fourth choice is quantity: we chose to not produce large amounts of pieces to limit the chances of waste, returns, and defects with the manufacturers.
- The fifth choice is the packaging: our boxes are produced in limited quantities and make use of paper and cardboard. Our envelopes are fully produced from wool waste without petrochemical products (they are super soft!).
Semi-fine jewelry is the ability to blend the sensation and aesthetics of fine jewelry with more accessible and noble materials. We are committed to creating original, inspiring, and durable pieces inspired by the craftsmanship of yesteryears. Our jewelry aligns with modern production standards: conscious, reasoned, and using recycled materials. The commitment to transparency, the use of vermeil, and the increase in the thickness of gold plating make us proud of the quality of our pieces.
All our pieces are handcrafted: from the molding to the polishing.
All our pieces are gold-plated from 3 microns and up to 5 microns! Microns indicate the thickness of the gold plating on a piece of jewelry. This crucial info is often overlooked. In France, the term "gold-plated" is used for thickness starting from 3 microns. In practice, particularly when dealing with manufacturers, the term "gold-plated" is commonly used from the first micron, causing general confusion by implying uniformity in plating quality.
But the majority of our pieces are made with recycled sterling silver (925) and gold-plated with a thickness of 5 microns, so we can use the word “Vermeil.” This level of thickness is quite rare. We were fortunate to find a vintage stock of gold-plated rings of this quality and received so much positive feedback that, despite the challenges in finding manufacturers willing to do it, we decided to persist.
For the stones, we chose to use genuine stones but also synthetic stones for their vivid colors that we can’t find in nature.
Every vintage jewelry piece comes with its “Antic & Tonic” pouch and a lovely postcard.
Every piece from our official collection comes with the cutest “Antic & Tonic” box and a lovely postcard, a care instruction list (except the Cigarette Holder and the hairpins that come with a pouch).
Every silver piece comes with a gifted jewelry cloth to clean it ♡
We design our jewelry in France, and our production is handcrafted in India. Why India? For the “savoir-faire.” Indeed, the jewelry culture there is undeniable, experienced, sincere, and creative. We initially tested manufacturers closer to home in Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Morocco, but none matched the level of the people we chose. And there's the connection: we get along very well with our collaborators, and for us, that's essential.
