1. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 0-2 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
· France: 1-5 days
· Europe: 2-5 days
· UK: 2-5 days
· Rest of the World: 2-7 days
Please note that these delivery times may vary depending on your country's postal services.
3. Worldwide Shipping
We ship worldwide. Our team ensures that your jewelry reaches you as quickly as possible.
4. Packaging
We take great care to pack your precious items securely and with love. Each piece of vintage jewelry comes with its own “Antic & Tonic” pochette and a lovely postcard. Jewelry from our official collection comes with an “Antic & Tonic” box, a postcard, and care instructions.
We are proud of our eco-friendly packaging choices. All our parcels are packed 100% in cardboard, and we use eco-friendly wool to protect your jewelry during transport. These environmentally conscious materials reflect our commitment to sustainability.
5. Tracking & Insurance
All shipments are sent via the French national postal service (La Poste) and include tracking. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Shipments include insurance to protect you in case of loss reported by the postal service, although this is extremely rare.
6. Delays
While we strive to meet the delivery estimates, delays may occur due to customs processing, postal service issues, or other unforeseen factors. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
7. Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
8. Click and Collect
We offer a 'Click and Collect' service in the 16th arrondissement. Information will be sent after your purchase.
9. Damaged or Lost Items
In the rare event that your item arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at hello@antictonic.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
10. Changes to Your Order
If you need to make changes to your order, such as updating the shipping address or modifying the items, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@antictonic.com. Once the order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.
11. Delivery Confirmation
Upon delivery, please inspect your package for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
